* Bachelor 's degree in Cost Accounting, (CMA / CCMA) will be a positive

* Experience in a manufacturing environment performing a costing role

* Working knowledge of the Cost Accounting Standards

* Solid understanding of GAAP

* Functionally proficient in SAP, and Microsoft Office applications (Excel)

* Ability to improve processes

* Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills

* Excellent organisation, multi-tasking, and prioritisation skills

* Ability to work independently and with a team: to communicate articulately, confidentially, and professionally across many organisational levels; and effectively influence stakeholders

* Experience in preparing and presenting cost analysis and variances
